How it works: purchased credits sit in one clinic wallet. A sub-doctor's quota is a spending cap, not a separate wallet: usage debits the clinic wallet and reduces the doctor's quota. Auto top-up raises the cap when it falls to the trigger, up to a monthly maximum. The included free allowance is shared by all doctors and is not capped.
